Period 4 has participated in all eight seasons of French Class League (LCF) competitions, the first in 2017 and most recently in 2026. Period 4 is only one of three classes that have competed in every season, the others being Periods 3 & 7. Currently, at Las Vegas High School, Period 4 is the second class on B days in the A-B block schedule cycle. Historically, Period 4 has earned the least regular-season points of any class that has competed in 5 or more seasons. As of April 2025, Period 4 has earned a total of 4,164 points.
In the playoffs, Period 4 has had the worst playoff record of any class with just one victory to advance to the Semi-Final Round in 2022. However, in 2025, Period 4 advanced to the Goeller Cup Final for the first time after knocking out first-ranked Period 7 in a 3-2 match. It was the first time that a #1-seed was eliminated in the semi-finals.
